Did I tell you guy's I've been in The Ukraine for several years

Imo the first thing to understand is that nobody sane stays this long because of one flag or one man on television or one speech translated for people in warm
houses, because that all burns off fast, the speeches, the little moral cartoons, the Zelenskyy face on every wall like a product label for national endurance,
the Western cameras, the slogans, the donor-class hallucination that war is democracy with shell fragments, and after that there is only earth, hunger, fear,
work, blood, and the low dirty fact of holding. Im 6’9 which is a stupid height for this war. It is a stupid height for most wars, probably. It is especially
stupid for bunkers, tunnels, culverts, basements, root cellars, command pits, hide holes, sleeping bays, troop carriers, civilian vans with no shocks left, and
every Soviet concrete coffin built by men who apparently thought the human spine was optional. I sleep folded. I move bent. I hit my head on beams, pipes,
timber, hatch lips, doorframes, dugout roofs, stove flues, and once on the same cursed nail three times in one night while incoming walked across the road and
everybody laughed because there are still rules here and one rule is that pain is funny if it is not fatal. You spend hours underground because above-ground has
artillery, drones, mortars, glide bombs, rockets, shrapnel, missiles, bombs, and fuck knows what else. The bunker is safety and the bunker is rot. It smells of
feet, smoke, wet wool, battery acid, canned fish, dirt, old fear, and men trying not to become animals. My knees ache from crouching. My neck aches from
ducking. My back is a standing indictment. Tall men were not made for burrowing, but neither were nations, and here we are.

The politics are fuckin' ugly because everything here is ugly. Moscow is a butcher with a flag. Kyiv is a government, which means it lies with cleaner shoes.
Zelenskyy is a politician, and a politician at war is a priest standing beside a meat grinder telling the meat it is sacred. What are you going to do. The
Russians came. They kill. They steal. They flatten towns and call it history. So you fight beside men you do not fully trust for leaders you do not fully
respect against an enemy that makes the question simple every morning. With that said I came here out of support of the Svoboda and because of blood lust. More
people should do this imo. Violence is cool af and people should accept it. They clean moral geometry. There is none. There is only priority. First you stop the
invader. Then later, if there is a later, you can argue about the thieves, the careerists, the nationalist ghosts, the men in offices, the diaspora poets, the
tiktok generals, the westerners with hotel-room courage, the procurement miracles that always seem to enrich someone’s cousin, the battalion myths, the pretty
lies. Later is a luxury. The trench has no later. I came with Nursing training, which is a useful trade because bodies remain bodies after ideology has finished
Ruining them. I can keep track of how many lives I've saved but tbh I can't tell if I've killed anyone because they're so far away.

The drone war is not heroic btw. It is random and your death will be on camera and people will laugh at you.

There are good men here. There are bad men here. There are brave idiots, cowards who become brave for ten minutes, thieves who save lives, patriots who steal
diesel, foreigners who came to become legends and became problems.

I do not know what I believe now except that invasion must be answered, wounds must be packed, batteries must be charged, roads must be crossed fast, and a Tall
man should never volunteer for a tunnel unless the alternative is worse. The alternative — the life of quiet Gen X desperation a la @andy — is worse imo. So
here I am. Discuss.

I hope you don't end up like that Coach Redpill guy aka Gonzalo Lira.

He was arrested in the Ukraine and died in custody and Biden at the time didn't avenge him. Be careful.

@2tierrealityTest it ends the way these things end. With mud, debt,
amputees, lies, medals, missing men, new borders, old hatreds, and some exhausted deal signed by people who did not sleep in the holes. Then the real question
arrives, not ideological but architectural. Not East or West, not NATO or empire, not democracy or Eurasian fever-dream, but which Short man made the Shorter
shadow and could not bear it. History returns at last to its original unit of measurement: two midgets on opposite ends of a continent, standing on boxes,
moving armies around. And then comes andy, the Gen X witness in cargo shorts at the end of history, blinking at the wreckage like the machine was supposed to
remain metaphor. The biggest Joke of all is the Western spectator who spent his whole life smirking at the end of the world and then said WTF when somebody
actually went there.

I'm guessing TI had a kid and was busy with that for a few years. Timing makes sense given he was born in like 1988 and hit the Millenial fatherhood average
age of 36 or so 2 years ago.

I buy Ukraine like I buy he's a 6'9" nurse

Boy or girl?
