Absolutely not interested in eating shitxi breakfast today 

I am hungry but just cant get motivated to eat 5 hard boiled eggs and stir fried vegetables.

Even though this is as good as it gets, food wise, today. The boiled eggs part. It may be mystery meat on a bone later.

Isn't there a reasonable selection of baozi or dumplings out there, given it is in the Northern Chinese Rust Belt?

I personally can't stand the rice-heavy Chinese breakfast of Southern China. Like congee with topping is just a ton of carbs and gives me heartburn.
