My life insurance policy on my mother

She suffered a significant stroke ten years ago,
And I wondered if it matters ?
She has been paralyzed ever since.

Excluded risks
We will not pay the benefit amount if the insured
Death results directly or indirectly from any of the
Following:
Disease or infirmity, of mind or body,
or medical or surgical treatment therefore.

Looks like this is more of an Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) policy versus a traditional life insurance policy.

There is the twenty year term policy & also a rider
For accidental death.

@marlonTest Those exclusions are atypical for a "standard" term life insurance
policy, in my opinion. Wondering if you are just somehow seeing the Acc. Death rider language alone.
