Two men banned from Indonesia over allegations of hosting discriminatory run club

Two Dutch expats have been accused of organising a run club event that rejected locals from participating.

An Indonesian woman said she was told her application would be reviewed, but her husband with a Western name was approved.

The organisers have since been banned from Indonesia after saying some — but not all — Indonesian phone numbers were incorrectly automatically rejected.

I think its because these digital nomads would run in mobs through the streets listening to the same track on headphones waving their arms arouns and acting all
drugged out. Must have annoyed someone.

Stay in your lane kind of thing. Work on your laptop at our cafes, but dont be a nuisance on the street.
