My crazy ex, Mahsa Parviz, has re-filed her batshit insane DVRO from 2023 against me
Mahsa has re-filed her DVRO case against me, which is a complete and total fabrication and leaves out the important fact that she had a prior case that
terminated in my favor, and we have had no contact since 2021. She is insane, no joke. Hopefully this one gets resolved with another dismissal promptly
instead of making me go through a long slog. What a fucking nightmare.

Mahsa Parviz was convicted of driving while intoxicated (DWI) in 2011. She was originally sentenced to 12 months of community supervision for the offense.While
she has a history of drunk driving, her subsequent legal profile is dominated by far more severe criminal offenses and fraud schemes.
Anyway, hope this woman gets her life together and finds some peace. I can’t imagine having to serve a prison sentence and be a single mom having custody
taken away. I think Iran would be good for her. Maybe she can find a trad Twelver guy and she can be a nice contrast to him.

Given her digital footprint and unique circumstances, maybe she would be suited to reality tv. Given she is Iranian, she can maybe be a cast member on Shahs of
Sunset where she can have a platform to tell her story. If that’s not her thing, maybe a podcast or some other show. Tv and podcasts have the ability to
rehabilitate images or make people money to a point they don’t care about their images.

Compulsive liars are terrible people though so it’s hard to feel entirely bad. I do hope one day she learns how lies hurt. It’s one thing to withhold
information you feel is embarrassing or tell a necessary lie when it comes to money or something else, but when you create a whole universe that’s very scary.
Above all, it’s not necessary to pretend to be a doctor. I doubt anybody would have cared longer than five minutes if she was honest about her educational
background.
I’ve really had some people tell some tall tales and it’s scary. Scary somebody can be so insane to construct such elaborate lies.

The ex parte to dissolve the TRO was denied. This is heading to the Court of Appeal, which is a damn shame considering I've done nothing wrong and the trial
court is a freaking loose cannon for granting a TRO in this scenario.

like to be rude though as some comparisons can be toxic so I did not point out any celebrity doppelgangers. I do think within her community, Mahsa probably got
attention for being "lighter" looking. Thats just how it is in some communities.

don’t think she is exactly pretty. If anything, Silverman actually has a softer face and seems more approachable and easy going even if a nut job leftist who
made some disgusting comments in the past. Mahsa has dark low brows. Low brows signify manipulation. I also looked up her FB. Her younger pics were very angular
and almost look slightly masculine because of the sharp angles. Maybe masculine isn’t the right word, but she looks dominatrix not soft femme. Her face has
softened now that she is older, possibly due to some very slight weight gain. She also looks too tall for a woman. It’s not good to be too short, but too tall
can come across as domineering. Anyway, she isn’t ugly or anything, but she isn’t irreplaceable. I can tell just by her pics she isn’t a nice person. Of
course my views of her appearance are influenced by the headlines. She wasn’t wrong to want her daughter back, but yeah she just shouldn’t scam people that
don’t have crap to do with why she was dealt the card she was dealt. The baby daddy looks like a jerk. Wannabe business man.
Anyway, if want to know if a woman is a true beauty, look at her father. If the father is handsome, the daughter is usually handsome. On the other hand, men
don’t pass on looks to sons it seems. A father can be handsome and a total Chad but have an unattractive son. Moms don’t pass on beauty to daughters either.
So many models and beautiful actresses have daughter who are average or even ugly in some ways because maybe these women married ugly guys. Women pass on their
beauty to their sons. The formula is almost always handsome father=beautiful daughter; beautiful mom=handsome son
I don’t want to talk bad about this woman. I don’t know her, but she also isn’t some irreplaceable bombshell. Let’s be real about it. She is a single
mom who was married to a guy who doesn’t look so wholesome. She is also deeply insecure, hence why she has to lie. She didn’t just withhold information. She
seems to have created an alternate universe if everything posted online and in the court filings is true.

finding a trad Twelver dude. I also didn’t like her blonde in the arrest pics, but her natural color is too dark that it contrasts almost too much and I

I offered to settle by removing all content about her from my website, and she declined, with no counter. This shows her petition was filed for an improper
purpose. She also "hired" one of my nemeses, a crazy attorney named Michael Tsivyan who is also in my Hall of Shame. This guy has been using his law license
to make my life miserable in other cases. I'm going to have to hire counsel and this is a complete waste of time and money.
