The Foppoli trial went to the jury today
I'm freaking exhausted after two months of trial. Now we wait for the verdict. The faster it is, the better it is for Defendant in my opinion. He's been
buried in the newspapers and I don't think that is reflective of what the final result will be, but we'll see. I was getting nods and people were taking notes
during my closing.

Jury is deliberating Tuesday-Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Looks like I'll be sitting in the courtroom for the next week getting other work done. Lol.

Pretty insane. My kids teacher just did a jury trial for aggravated assault with deadly weapon and they finished in one day, including voir dire.

The jury told the bailiff they are almost done and will be ready by noon on Friday.

We got buried with a $13 million verdict and a finding of malice, oppression, or fraud. 20-30 also lost, with at least $3 million against them. Punitive
damages trial will be on Tuesday.
