I did pilates at Club Pilates for years until some of the teachers I liked quit and I realized they were overcharging me. It was fun. L.A. fitness are going to
have some classes soon for like only $80 a month, I may do it again in since it will be too cold to walk here. I rarely go to L.A. fitness though and just walk
and do exercise at home, but my gym membership is so cheap, I don't cancel it. I did bikram yoga too, but that was super expensive and I would get super
dehydrated after the classes and a bad case of Covid. Diseases spread in that humidity. You really have to drink so much water.

bikram was filled with several types:

1) former counter culture boomers with long grey hair who are super fit

2) gay men who want to look their best

3) some new age chicks

pilates is the following:

1) bored housewives

2) busy people who want to commit themselves to get in a workout

3) gen X 80s fitness guru types who have evolved lol

4) rare sightings of flamboyant gay men. bikram gives you the more new age gay dudes on a journey of self-discovery who tend to be older either early gen x or
late boomers whereas pilates has the younger guys who want a workout before hitting a club.
