Duane ‘Keffe D’ Davis sentenced to 40 years to life over murder of Tupac Shakur

https://www.theguardian.com/music/2026/oct/13/duane-davis-sentencing-tupac-shakur-murder

He basically told on himself?

BTW, I think Notorious BIG was a better rapper than Tupac. Not that Tupac wasn't good (I like many of his songs), but I felt his real talent was in acting. I
think he could have done so much with his acting career if he were still alive.

Man I used to be so into gangster rap from like 9-16, I played easy duz it for my 10th birthday day party and had a mistake of Tupac in like 1993, before he
went to prison.

I saw the interview with Keefe D, and man, that guy is not sharp. He put a book out, that's what violated his immunity. He wasn't allowed to profit from his
story, even though he had already talked to cops about this.

with the rash / And I don’t fuck wit the condoms, the condoms is a problem from the AIDS getting sprayed /

Here are his lyrics

Big had some weird rhymes

Yeah a lot of Biggie's lyrics were too vulgar at times. One of my favorite songs is I Got A Story To Tell. Its like about him screwing some basketball player's
woman and then the dude comes home and he pretends to be a robber.

"N*gga tricked ridiculous the shit was plush" are hilarious lyrics and a bit genius.

I just feel Tupac was more of the aggressor in the west coast/east coast beef. Biggie rarely addressed him except for in the song with Bone Thugs and even then
it was brief. Listening to the Puff Daddy trial though, we realize Puff may have been a bigger aggressor than anybody lol. Anyway, what is confirmed about
Biggie is he was a jerk to Lil' Kim. Despite being overweight and dark skinned, he made her feel super insecure comparing her to Faith who was light or half
white. Anyway, I can't imagine what its like to be treated that way by a dude who looks like Big. lmfao.

Mobb Depp did go hard on Tupac here though with a diss. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ACMDW42eOI

Suge Knight was also damn good looking in the early- mid 90s but he is a pretty nutso guy. He had so many enemies. Tupac's demise was linking up with him
because unlike all the studio gangsta and guys who rapped about being hard, Suge was actually hard. I also hate that Suge wasn't into rapping because I would
have loved to hear some stuff from him. Hahahaha

Anyway, these guys were pretty crazy and I'm sort of happy gangsta rap died and made way for the southern rap of the late 90s and early 00s. Some of it was
rough, but at least mostly about cars and bling.
