Imagine if AI replaced the role of judges
Judges are biased. They oftentimes judge not based on the caselaw or facts at all, but what attorney they know better or who they like more. AI eliminates these
biases. Imagine if every case was decided by briefing and evidence only (no oral arguments) and ran through AI. I think there would be more fairness. At the
very least,AI mediation can help parties. AI is more equipped to see both sides. Not saying this is foul proof, but the American judiciary have too much power
and 90 percent of judges seem scatterbrained. They don't know if they are coming or going. They will go on meaningless rants sometimes too rather than just
looking at the precedents. I'm not saying AI is perfect, but for me it seems fairer than the judges.

AI is biased too. I don't think there is such a thing as objectivity in law. Or a neutral technology.
This isn't god we are talking about. Won't there be a basic bias against people who can't communicate well with technology?
In the end aren't judges elected officials, and hence should have a bias? And the judicial system adversarial?
