Flying car is Tesla's Jumping the Shark moment
"Jumping the shark" is an idiom that means a TV show, movie, brand, or creative franchise has passed its peak and started a permanent decline in quality or
believability, often by introducing a ridiculous, over-the-top, or desperate plot to remain popular.
Tesla is only able to compete with Chinese EVs in EU and USA, where tariffs have made them too expensive. To stay relevant, they need to sell the dream of a
flying car world.
SpaceX is not a rocket company. Less than. 10% revenue from rockets. Rest AI 50% and Starlink /AI related/ 40%. It is an AI company. 90% revenue comes from AI.
If merged, Tesla will not be a car company. It will be an AI conpany.
Tesla has jumped the shark.

Stock price goes up because it is an AI / defense stock and eventually will be a government utility.
Tesla, as a EV company, has jumped the shark.
As a govt surveillance tool, it has a lot of upside.
