I have created the greatest lawyer trust account web application of all time
I added this to my law firm portal today. It's a straightforward IOLTA trust
accounting feature where I enter transactions into a web form and all the data
goes to the correct place. I now have my IOLTA journal, per-client
balance/accounting, and bank reconciliation all on one screen. Spreadsheets for
this are a thing of the past. The law firm portal system is getting really
good, both from a practical perspective and a compliance perspective. How does
everyone else do their trust accounting these days?
