Wikipedia nary a mentions that trotsky was a loser detested by all. There was a
funny story in kotkins excellent Stalin biography about trotsk storming out of a
room after a critical speech, and attempting to slam the door behind him. But
the door turned out to be too heavy and he struggled to open it. Everyone got
the feeling this was an impotent loser. That was trotsky
