In addition to the Hall of Shame, I have a Hall of Fame on my website

This is where I recommend products and services, as opposed to shaming them:

In my opinion, the Recommended Attorneys page is an unexpected and whimsical
addition. These are legit recommendations of attorneys I've opposed in actual
completed trials, some of which I lost. There is no greater recommendation than
endorsing my opposing counsel to potential clients.

I'm intending to revise this page to be more professional-looking, with more
details about each recommended product or service. My excuse to do that is the
discovery of several wonderful brands that are the best in their respective
fields in the area of hand tools, which I greatly appreciate. Back when I
didn't know any better, I would shop for tools at Home Depot, and the garbage
tools that I got there reflect the garbage-level mass market target audience of
Home Depot. When I discovered Tooland in my area, I was introduced to Knipex,
which is Made in Germany; Vessel, which is Made in Japan; Stiletto, which is
Made in USA; and other brands. These are the greatest hand tools I've ever
used. The guy who owns Tooland is a major appreciator of high-quality tools. I
like how he can place orders for tool sets and specialty tools-- that's great
service.

Separately, I was amused recently that a manufacturer of professional scissors
used my feedback as the tagline for its new website. I had written Kai Japan in
appreciation of their 7000 series, which I called "the greatest professional
shears on Earth." I received an email back thanking me for this and stating
that they were honored by my feedback. A couple months later, they changed
their scissors website tagline to "The best professional scissors on Earth." I
think it's great that they incorporate customer feedback this way.
