I am almost done with my travels
I have slept badly for a month, finally this last week I actually slept well two
times. I avoid drinking, eat sparsely, in my feee time I study Chinese and am
reading Great Expectations, and try to be asleep by 9. Also no dinner seemed to
help.
Overall, Wily and borntodieonce would be proud.
Friday will be some drinking and Sunday also but these things can't be avoided.
It's a ritual almost.
