I think you guys overestimate the job of President
I figure you guys should have known by now, after having an octogenerian post
stroke dementia patient as president for past 3 years. In case of military
conflict do u really think they would wait for him to wake up in order to make
the call? There are contingency plans in place, and president gets to deliver
the speech /pre written of course/ to the public about why he made the call.
