Battle with h. pylori
One week into it. Two types of antibiotics twice a day, plus Nexium and bismuth,
for me wife and me. I think the third day my entire gut microbiota was entirely
nuked and I started getting diarrhea every 30-60 minutes. Imodium is barely
putting a dent in it. I've lost like 5 lbs, which is nice, but I'm seriously
having second thoughts. Annoying MD talk is that it is contagious and I don't
want my kid to get it, so I'm getting everyone in the household, including the
nanny, tested and antibiotic nuked.
