Only people who do not understand history or have any concept of farming /
hunting would believe that meat was ever a primary source of food for early
humans. It is just too damn hard to kill something, especially when plants don't
run away or fight back

Reply #10178549 farming became a thing when
hunting got less fruitful, esp. when megafauna like mammoths got extinct, those
were slow.
