the curious case of madeleine mccann

i am not sure if many of you remember this case of this little girl from
leicester, england whose parents left her in a portugal hotel room to have
dinner with friends on this resort then claim they returned and she wasn’t
there.

anyway, there has been this strange polish woman named julia wandelt for a few
years who has claimed to be madeleine grown up. from the beginning, i felt she
didn’t really look like maddie. julia seems to have a skin tone that appears
warmer and very slightly darker. more of a fitzpatrick 2 or 3. on the other
hand, maddie had a skin tone that is pretty much only found in the british
isles. it’s a fitzpatrick 1. people everywhere else in europe and even those
of nordic ancestry despite the fact that nordics are known for whiteness just
don’t have fitzpatrick 1. they have 2 or 3 because they can still tan.

not to get off topic, there were a few other features that just didn’t seem
like maddie. of course people can change as they get older. however, there is
one thing both maddie and julia have that’s extremely rare, this extremely
rare eye condition where it sort of looks like the pupil is spilling into the
iris called colomba. well at the time i learned about them sharing this rare eye
condition, i tried to rationalize in my head that it was just a coincidence and
maybe julia who has possibly studied the case is using her eye condition to
exploit the situation.

julia later took a dna test that revealed her heritage to be polish, romanian,
and lithuanian. she apologized to the mccanns. now, she claims a new dna test
reveals english and irish ancestry. obviously there can be issues with heritage
dna tests, but the mccanns still will not take a dna test with julia. hair
samples have revealed a possible link too. i get this is traumatic for them, but
i would just want to get it over with if i were the parents if i really believed
she wasn’t maddie. some hardcore followers of this case believe it’s fishy
and point out that the mccanns have benefitted economically from the
disappearance of their daughter.

now they had her arrested for stalking… wow just wow. seems like an attempt to
shut her down and avoid a dna test. they can end the madness by just taking one,
why would they not want to take it? again, i never believed she was maddie in
the past, but now im totally starting to think something is up and maybe she is
not lying.

Reply #13751825 another possibility is that they
know madeline is gone, so the dna test is pointless. whether she is madeleine or
not, this keeps the story relevant. i’m not saying they killed their daughter
in cold blood, but what if they gave her something to sleep while they went out
to the restaurant and they returned and she was dead or what if she had some
sort of an accident unsupervised.

Reply #15276932 Im shocked JDU aren’t
interested in this case, but were previously interested in Jon Benet Ramsey. I
do find Maddie’s case actually more bizarre considering it’s possible she
could still be alive or rather that her parents have put forth claims she was
kidnapped and no body was ever found. I also remember years ago when this
“kidnapping” first happened and it was such a conversation piece on early
4chan.
