Supervising Family Law attorney (7-15 years) - California

Small law firm of four attorneys and three administrative professionals seeks
full-time hybrid supervising family law attorney to run the firm's family law
practice. The firm has 80+ cases pending, consisting primarily of complex,
aggressively litigated civil and family law matters, with a custom practice
management portal developed in-house that handles case/file management,
tasks/CRM, and timekeeping/billing.

The candidate will have one direct-report family law attorney and support from
multiple Law Interns, as well as an administrative supervisor.

Candidate must be agreeable, professional, and flexible, with outstanding legal
writing as well as family law trial experience, plus a clean license. This is a
position of substantial trust and high responsibility. Accordingly, any offer is
conditioned on passing a pre-employment background investigation done by the
firm.

Class A office in Redwood Shores with unlimited beverages, snacks, and frequent
law firm lunches. The space is being expanded in the near future to accommodate
additional headcount, including the new family law supervisor and potentially
one additional civil litigation attorney.

Note that the candidate is *not* required to have their own book of business, as
we have a lot of family law cases for them to work on and a continuously
expanding business in this area.
