Likewise, the going back and forth yesterday with the voice tags. I really can go on when talking about Italy and Italians. I am not trying to even defend many people in Italy as I have had some terrible experiences there and I cannot imagine some of the bad experiences of tourists, but so many misconceptions in the USA.
