Working US hours in Vietnam would just be too discombobulating. I'd have to live in a truly 24-hour city, like Tokyo or Seoul. I like Latin America better than Asia anyway, so why would I do that? Istanbul is the furthest off that I can manage for time zones. Tbilisi looks like it'd be really cool, but that's yet another hour ahead of Istanbul. In reality though, I'm not going further east than Spain. It'll probably be someplace in Mexico chill, like La Paz.
