./posts/all/1740598911-193.txt:Reply #15931655 you can include flour in torta espanola or frittata to firm up the texture, but many egg lovers do not traditionally do that. now to my knowledge though frittata almost always has flour. torta espanola is just your typical tapas similar to frittata or quiche. they tend to add onion to it more in catalonia, but some make it just with potatoes.
