Oftentimes, it makes us think about our own mortality as well. Just try to meet your mom where she is at now and have hope that she still has many good days ahead. There are ups and downs with any condition. You never mentioned exactly what condition she has, but I definitely know a great deal about many diseases. Just know you aren't alone and so many in the country are going through or have gone through exactly what you are going through. Try to make your mom relax and maybe show her videos on your phone and stuff. Not sure if she prays, but maybe that can bring her some peace too. Buy her some religious books.
