I think whether we want to admit it or not, on FB, there are many late boomers and early Gen X who do pay attention to these sorts of headlines and will judge somebody’s character. I don’t think Carter was a big Trump hater and I recall Trump had contacted him for advice about China. Anyway, I get where he is coming from, but it’s just a weird coincidence and obviously people can’t control when they die.
