In the case of those pushing heroin often laced with fentanyl, they are selling a product they know can kill somebody instantly. I don’t feel sorry for them at all and think they should be treated just as we treat those who murder. With that being said, I don’t support the same penalties for users who get caught with much smaller amounts of drugs.
