The problem with the court system is they can complicate things, but if your mother has two children who can assist her, I don’t see why they would put her in a home. It’s even cheaper for them to get her a separate at home caregiver. Hope all works. I’m sure with a few changes at home in her routine, she can really thrive. Old people are more resilient than we think.
